TRADITION!
We call ourselves the CAMPPS. Carrells, Andersons, Maggards, Pavletichs and Pearseys. Longtime friends, some for more than 35 years. A group of friends that have shared laughter, tears and great memories. Sunday night we had our TRADITIONAL friends Christmas dinner. This dinner has been a tradtion for about 17 years now. We had all attended a wedding on Saturday in Templeton and returned home about 1:00 on Sunday afternoon. I was hosting the dinner, and time being short, I decided to have everyone help prepare it. I put people to work, and in short time dinner was on the table. You would think that after being friends for so long that we would run out of the things to talk and laugh about. The evening was great and I love these dear friends. We missed you Mike and Mary...

Lots-O-Red Clothes
There really isn't anything much cuter than a bunch of small children trying to sing Christmas songs. So many are unpredictable and that really is what makes it so worth watching. Micah participated in the one at our church on Sunday. Before we took the kids down in front of the church, he said, "I am ready to go in church now and start singing." Not sure how much singing he actually did, but he sure knows the hand motions to Away in a Manger and We Wish you a Merry Christmas. According to this gramma, he was the star of the show.

Stripey/Wipey
I gave Micah his new Christmas jammies. When I put them on him, he immediately said to me "gramma, I love these stripey/wipey jammies." When I am with him we rhyme words alot. He stayed over night at my house and when he woke up he wanted a sippy cup of milk and pumpkin bread. I said "Micah, what can we rhyme with pumpkin bread?" his reply..."chocolate chip cookie bread". I love the way he thinks!!
