Micah helped me make his ice cream sandwich birthday cake. The fact that it was ICE CREAM should have been clue for me.  Melting, working quickly, a little boy who is being a great helper, melting, working quickly,,,melting, working quickly,  a little boy....you get the message. We had the BEST time and he loved it.  It will be served at his birthday party on Friday.  BON APPETITE
